On Tuesday 8th of March it’s the International Women’s Day – a day dedicated to raising awareness about equality for women and human rights. For this special day, CWA have teamed up with GENIE to unite and continue to push for progress and visionary thinking.

 

ABOUT THE EVENT
During the day we will collect money for “UN Women”. UN Women is a part of the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women. The organization works in over 80 different countries through programs to increase equality and strengthen women and girls’ human rights. Because of the ongoing crisis in Ukraine the donated money will focus on helping affected women and girls in Ukraine. The money will be collected through Swish, and a QR-code will be provided at site.

We will provide coffee and fika – all you need to do is come by. Svea Skivgarde will join us and deliver great music in a true empowering female spirit!

WHERE: Outside of Kårhuset (close to Chalmersplatsen).
